My exhaust was hanging off and I took it to Kwik Fit. After having my car in for 3 hours, they told me it only had to be stuck back up but they didn't have a welder, so they couldn't fix it. They then tried to sell me a whole new exhaust for 280 as an alternative.. I picked my car up I and went round the corner to Southburn. They fixed the problem within 30 mins and it was literally only a tenth of the price Kwik Fit wanted. They even resealed around my aerial to try to sort a persistent leak and didn't charge me any extra! Citroen quoted me hundreds of pounds to look at the same issue.. I'm so glad I went to Southburn. I called them on a total whim, but I'll definitely be going there from now on.
