Gone seriously downhill. Been with them on & off over 20 years and in the last year service has been terrible. Personally waited 17 days for an appointment, couldn't make another as their computers were down, was told they'd call me back, gave them until just before 3:30pm and called them to see what was happening, was told next available appointment was in TWO weeks. this is typical of them these days, My Wife had to wait 3 weeks for an appointment & whoever it was that worked on her left her in pain as they left the nerve exposed. Same when My sons try to get treatment. All in go elsewhere if you want seen quickly as I won't be back and neither will anyone else I can tell.
