This is crazy way to operate takes hours to get an appointment and if the reach the cut of time then your cut off needs sorted use to be a great practice
Truly awful practice! Most of the best doctors have retired. It's impossible to get an appointment with your own registered doctor and there is no regularity. You get whoever is given to you and most of them are really inexperienced. My last visit was to a doctor who was so rude and treated me like I was incredibly stupid. The visit before that to another doctor there was so rushed after he kept me waiting 45 minutes passed my appointment time and couldn't get me out of his room fast enough to try to get his timing back on track. I hate this practice so much that I have now changed to a different practice. It can't be any worse than Wellwynd! Good luck trying to actually get an appointment in the first place, you will have a very long wait on the phone first!
Went to doctor first time in over 5 years told him I had a few problems .Told me to pick the one that bothered me most as he only dealt with one ailment at a time. After a hospital appointment and no treatment given pain got worse .Arranged to pick up prescription from practice went and whilst there asked to make appointment and told to phone as they don't make appointment in person. Does this seem logical
Staff and doctors are great but the system to talk to a GP is insane! Listen through 1:30 of recorded options to be told that consultation line is busy and be cut off. I've had this for 45 minutes constantly this afternoon. As advised I Tried option 0 for a urgent call and was asked did I need an ambulance? If not hang up and try again! If I needed an ambulance I would have called 999!
Out of hours appointment made, was taken quickly. Very nice staff and their advice has really helped me.
