If I could give 1 star I would. Absolutely shocking company. They have already cancelled delivery twice due to 'vehicle breakdown' - and I'm still waiting on my parcel..... AVOID!!!!
Had my tv from amazon since tuesday. Friday they said they tried to deliver and left a card. No card to be seen. If i knew it was being delivered by these jokers i wouldn't of bought it. So i cancelled my order as i don't have time to waste on them.
Shocking service zero stars. Ordered an item for delivery, delivery day came and was given an excuse that they hadn't had the item. Showed proof they had the item then another excuse that they need to move the item told it would be another 4 days. Cancelled the order and re-ordered with "Next Day!?!" delivery. Contacted them morning of delivery and told again wont arrive for another 3 days. Why offer services if you will not meet the customer expectations. If you want you company to be associated with very poor service then by all means contract it out to Arrow.
It only got one star cause I couldn't put zero stars. Absolutely shocking company!! Been to my house 3 times now and been rude and incompetent all 3 times. They dropped my first washing machine denting it and smashed the drum. Delivery driver said it would be fine !! They made rude nasty comments the 3rd time they came to my house and laughed when I said I didn't like there comments. Disgusting service and absolutely shocked how terrible they are at there job. Also they could barely lift the washing machine as it was clearly too heavy for them. They need better workers who can actually do there job.
Been waiting 2 weeks now for my washing machine to be delivered. I tried to find out whats been happening and get told 3 different stories.1. The washing machine wouldn't fit in the van????2. They driver tried to call you but there was no answer!!3. They told Very my washing machine was delivered.I keep getting feed utter bull from this company.
