Very helpful staff when I took my broken phone into the shop. They sorted it all out for me
Second time in,didnt even get by the front desk after trying to explain I wanted to cancel and pay off one of my phones in full.the guy with the beard wasnt interested,as for the girl on the other desk I was made to feel like a second class person.as for being told to call customer service Id have gotten a better conversation from the chimpanzee in Edinburgh zoo.totally disappointed in the service especially after the first time,but I was setting up a new contract then.boo hiss to o2 Airdrie
